@DawnChu: Get Ghost Ship Badge and iCoG that? Thats all I can think of atm. Also, theres no harm in using it on your faf stuff. It's just that you need a rather good result to beat prime.
It really depends on your luck. While prime gives 10 all... my icog gave my boots +4 wep att, and 4 luk. Which gives me more of a boost. in total out of 3, I got +11 attack, 12 luk. which I still say is better than +30 all .
