....I can't tell if you're being serious or trying to troll because yeah sure way back in the day you could've made NW's however they were saying they just got their NW to 120 to joke around since OP asked if they were out yet when the patch maintenance is in a few minutes. You haven't been able to make a NW in a long time and sure you could've made one a long time ago before all this, but they haven't been available for awhile and now everyone wants one.
