Link skills?
As The title says I dont not understand link skills. I mean yeah they link to other chars at level 70.
My main question is how do you level up your link skills if there are 3 levels for them?

OT: What the others said.
Some link skills are passive, where as others (AB's and Mihile's) are supportive.
Level 1 link skill = Lvl 70
Level 2 link skill = Lvl 120
Level 3 link skill = Lvl 210
Oh really Oh thank you I thought you had to use them a certain amount of times.
