T>21% Luk VSS

Obviously the title is quite misleading XD, so I apologise for any misconceptions and giving false hopes to trolls who were about to flame me like no tomorrow.
So here, I have these clean 21% luk violet snowshoes. I haven't been able to find anyone to trade them for 21% dex ones so I think I'll just take whatever deal I can get. My friend has offered me his 40 int 15% int targa helm for my shoes. I was thinking of taking the offer, seeing that I'm planning to go base int on my mechanic for washing (about 100-150) and the extra int and % int would help a lot with it. Do you guys think I should take it or should I ask for a bit more? I had an offer of 2.1b before for the shoes, so I guess I want to find out what the helm is worth.

Where did you hear this? Because if it's true I'd hate it. Looking at Cygnus you would need to mega wash to be able to kill it.
More more more. 21% way more rare than that helm.
I woudn't trade those 21% LUK VSS for a 40int 15% Int Targa.
You can always cube them more? For better or worse...
