New Rings, New Choices So, as you can tell, with the coming of Ascension tomorrow, Mages will have two new rings to use: The Gratias Ring and the Wiseman's Ring. And I'm at a Dilenma at which to choose. Currently, my four rings are the two Lvl 17 Evolving Rings, the Angelic Bless Ring, and the Explorer's Magical Ring. I do intend to replace the Magical Ring with one of these new Rings. Which though, for the I/L Arch mage, provides the greater benefit?
Chain Lightning Clarification I just have a quick question about CL. I have read the skill description, and it says it adds an additional crit rate. What exactly does this mean? Does it increase the minimum critical damage, or does it increase the chance of a critical move occuring?
3rd job Skill Build A liitle back story. So I was grinding at Gallos, when another I/L Mage came up to me and was wondering why I had such low Ice Strike damage, which is around the 2k~3k range, compared to his range of 4k~5k. I told him it was because I had Elemental Amplification at 5. Then he mentioned that I was only slowing my training time, which sparked this funny discussion with my brother. --- Okay, so here's the gist. Does going for another skill, such as Thunder Spear or Seal, instead of maxing Elemental Amp after maxing Ice Strike and Booster really saves money? My brother bought this up.
