Phantom Forest Questline Glitched
So waaay back when cwkpq was popular for MoN's, I did all of the phantom forest quests.
But now they don't show up on my quest list at all, and the npcs won't offer their exchange services to me.

Go do your NLC quests.
This was literally addressed 3 patches ago, when NLC reverted back to its former glory.
