The White Lady of Perion

I believe she has returned as of the v169 patch update. I tried giving it a go and as I placed mesos around Perion, a strange lady in white just appeared on my screen and I disconnected and MapleStory completely closed. Has this happened to anyone? It only worked once and didn't happen again...
