If this system is brand new, then this offer is good. It's a bit overpriced for a used system, but it won't be a ripoff if you bite. The processor (i3-4360 released in May 2014) is an indication that the oldest this computer can be is 3/4 years of age.

Its gaming capabilities greatly depend on your idea of gaming or the games you play. The games out there each have different requirements to run at certain settings and different people have different expectations and budgets.
...overkill for Maplestory.
...doesn't meet the minimum graphic hardware requirements for Assassin's Creed Unity.

Thus the answer to your second question is not absolute. What you should have asked is if the computer can play the games you want to play. Of course, you would also have to share those games you play or want to play.

That isn't a typo. Just know that i3s don't have Turbo Boost. That's reserved for i5s and i7s.

^^ Pretty much. lt's a decent deal for a secondary PC or something, but obviously not the best.
l do have to say though, if that 3.7 gHz isn't a typo, for an i3 processor, or even as far as processors go in general, that is pretty damn powerful.

The bread and butter for all PCs and their abilities to run games is the graphics card which isnt stated. A graphics card is what makes a difference. On this particular build, you actually have a processor that has enough power, plenty of RAM, and even a nice SSD. Running MS is definitely a yes, but for most games that actually require a pc and not a potato no. The price of this build 350 is hard to say depending on area and whether or not you have connections to cheaper parts. If youre currently running some pizza box connected to an outlet that lags when you open up a web browser then this comp wouldnt be that bad of an investment.
