I cant seem to be on for more than 3 seconds and im always getting crashed by NGS:hacking thing...
and no i wasnt hacking..any help T^T/

I have the same issue. I've only just reinstalled maplestory and this comes up a minute or two into the game.
I've tried reinstalling via Nexon website.
I've tried installing through steam
Restarting multiple times does not work
Closing all programs aside from Maplestory does not work
Ending process tree for Blackcipher does not work.
Anyone have a clue how to fix this? This is extremely frustrating, such an old game still having issues left right and centre.
(My pc specs are way over minimum requirements)
