For the theme, I decided to focus on the star on her character's head since it was the first thing that caught my attention. I finished this off with a cute scrapbook style layout.
One reason why I hate drawing chibis is because I always make them look so darn awkward. I give myself a -10 for duplicating the mitten hands with no fingers and for giving her such an awkward anatomy. Definitely not one of my best works, but I guess it is worthy for upload.
Feel free to provide me with some critique but honestly, I can't say I actually want to improve drawing chibi/anime related stuff. I'd rather stick to graphic designing haha.
