P/c for chaos scroll of goodness 30%?
Basically the title!
I have no idea what this does (it says reconfigure equip stats but that means that my zero's weapon stat can change into something other than str...?)
and I think its better to sell it...?

@devdill: You usually don't use them on weapons. You'll want to scroll them with 15% +9 att scrolls.
a 3 str weapon could change to 3-8. (0-5)

oh so say if a weapon has 3 str and if I apply that scroll it could change to 1 str or 5 str.....? So I'm guessing the scroll is bad....?
