Dual Wielding Expert 30 glitch
So I exchanged Monster Bomb 30 for Dual Expert and I used it. Then started to max it and once it got up to 27 it says insufficient sp and wont let me max the skill. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Im selling DWE 30 in Scania PM me if u need it.
The sp you have is from the cs mastery books, you have to use them on fatal blow or bandit slash.
