I'm gonna say 2b~3b. Unique, thats about 1~2b on that weapon. The weapon is 100m. Then the potential is 6% Attack and 15% LUK, on a katara thats 300~600m on top of the unique factor. Base stats are okay too and considering all of it is together to make a nice katara, 500m. 1.5+.1+.4+.5 = 2.5b.
sorry to do this but can i get a price check on a Dragon's Tail
it is epic - 2 lined. Pot stats are - 3% damage and 4% critical rate
