they don't disappear. i still have all my original rings on my chars, so i literally have 2 sets of wedding rings per char lol

If you already had a divorce, the ring should've been gone.. ( it's the lady at the bottom left hand-corner of Amoria- try talking to her again)

i still have the old ringbox on my NL. Can't even give it to moony now and its taking up space in my use

Try bringing to moony who might or might not take it away.
You could also blow it up with a dark scroll/EE scroll
