Two Questions
Just bought a 25k Wedding ticket today, can I submit a ticket and get the 15k difference (after S/C they'll be 10k)?
Price check on 15 all stat Cygnus soul (would be service)? (Anyone interested?)

Unfortunately, you won't get the difference back, no matter what you try.
Lesson: Never buy something you want the day before a Cash Shop update (unless the item is limited).
