No I mean there is no point in playing when I cant transfer mesos or clear my inventory to make room for things and such.

From what I recall on the Nexon forums official hellbanned post, tickets will not make the process any faster.
Also, I was recently released yesterday afternoon so let Nexon run it's course, you will be released eventually. They do post updates and answer questions on that thread, check it out for yourself. Anyways good luck.

It depends on when they investigate you. I know several people who are hellbanned still
