Some are coming out of Gachapon right now so I'd keep looking if I were you.

217's are rare... even more so very very rare to be up for sale. I'd go after a 15x and call it success.

I have a 121 attk 80% boss one, not sure if you'd call that endgame

I thought they existed in like FM1 or something.

i haven't updated my character, my character looks a lot different now.
There is at least 1 in khaini fm however you're guna be dishing out a good amount. From what I've heard it's 23x attack with 33% dmg and c/o is around 15b. There was another one with 17x attack and 70% boss but I think that one sold already.

idk in your world but in Scania there are tons of them
