How does gifting work?
So does the gifted item automatically appear in the receivers Cash Shop locker? Or do they have to relog? I'm just checking on something because someone is CLAIMING they didn't scam me but I think they did (I got collateral in case they did scam me).
Also, P/C on a 6 INT 70 MA 1 slot Nocturnal Staff? Any server is fine, and a MTS price is appreciated.

That's what I thought. They say it sent and it shows NX usage, but I doubt it...So I'm trying to get them to show me a pic of their transaction log. If it shows it on their log, they get their stuff back because they actually used the NX for it.
