Phoenix stun rate at lvl 1
I wonder if lvl 1 phoenix replaces hawk.
Does anyone know what stunrate lvl 1 phoenix gives?
If nobody knows, I don't mind waiting for BB and find out myself.

I know for sure level 10 Phoenix has 55% stun and level 30 has 95%, that's +2% each level so counting backwards, level 1 should have 37% stun.
