It doesn't matter when you sell a Tyrant cape as new supplies always flood the market weekly.
Sell it for 1 to 2b. Epic bonus pot isn't all that special since only the 1% care about bonus pot.
Right now. Its' nothing special, it's a cape. Its the easiest to obtain of all tyrant items. Only good thing about it is that it's unique. No comment on price cause I don't know Broni market.
