Mercedes or Kaiser
I'm trying to pick a class to keep as a "second main" and be able to take on a few boss runs, get to 200+ and fund it over time. I've narrowed it down to these two so far and i've taken stuff such as mobility, training flexibility, bossing potential, and funding costs into account but i feel as though i'm missing something to help me make the final decision. I've played both classes up until at least level 150 each and i love both their skills sets. So now it pretty much comes down to figuring out what i could potentially enjoy more in the long run. Any opinions and advice are welcome, so i guess what i'm really looking for is different personal experiences with the classes

You will have an easier time funding a Kaiser then a Mercedes but bossing on a merc feels so much more complete then on a kaiser

It's cheaper I agree, but not by much. Because BM are god-like bossers, high %dex aren't that much more cheaper than high %str. The most expensive part of the gear is weapon and secondary. With Kaiser you can easy find a pre-cube godly 2H sword for say 30-40b. With Mercedes, you won't find that same DBG. You'd had to make it yourself causing you to spend more than what it takes to buy a godly 2H sword. Getting a good pot alone is like $200 worth of nx cubing, and you'd still have to prime + slate + prot your DBG. I can buy a really good Kaiser Secondary for 6-10b. I won't be able to buy a good Mercedes one making me throw at least another $200 alone cubing my own secondary.
Edit: The only advantage OP has is he can xfer the equipment from his DA onto his Kaiser eliminating the need for equipment except sword and secondary.

You got to be kidding me. At least there's equips out for Kaiser for you to buy. With Mercedes you have to make a cube both your secondary and your DBG. No way is kaiser considerably cheaper to fund. Once you start buying 24%+ equips the difference isn't that huge.
mercedes = best mobility, best mobbing, and one of the best bossers. but EXPENSIVE
kaiser = lacking everything mercedes has except bossing potential, this it wins.
i'd still main mercedes because of sheer utility and pretty skills, but it's subjective
2 of the hardest classes to fund in the game lol. Can't really go wrong with either. I am biased because I funded my Kaiser but my wife currently has a pro Mercedes. They have similar bossing capabilities. Mercedes are a little more mobile but have kind of a combo system while Kaisers are more traditional spam one move for mobbing. In the end, play what you like
