Ahh, thanks. This clears it up for me.
I thought you gained 10% exp, not additional 10% monster kill exp.

all it does is lets you tele to Elluel every 30 minutes and it gives a 10% exp boost. put it on a button for quick tele for quests. then when your level 70 you can select 1 char to receive the bonus. You can change this person once per day.

both of them will have the skill the skill itself works the same way it does on mercedes

you can link skill 1 time per day 10% boost is 10% of exp gained on monster kill like the pendent of spirits

You get a perma 10% exp boost, and a transport to elluel every 30min
