I just rejoined and I noticed that world transfer wasn't there.
What happened to it? When is it coming back?

Ah so this game is still run by hackers.
"Similar to the name change system, there are no plans for us to bring world transfers back at this time, due to issues with the old system and considerable improvements needing to be made to that system."
Is this what you're referring to? I guess there's still a chance it's coming back.
it got removed with MTS and Name changes on May 31st 2012. You can google if you want proof.
