Maplestory? After a year and a half.

I haven't been on maplestory for a long time, as stated in the title, and I am fairly confused.
Let me start off with my failure... I thought that the hairstyle and facestyle coupon was just a trial and I could return back to my normal style.. but I didn't know this whole "save" thing.. so I didn't save my style! AND NOW, I look like an ugly girl.. x.x lol Moving a long.. I mispelled ahwsome to ahswome.. (I just added the h cause for obvious reasons.. awesome is unavailable. not even gonna try if it's not..)
Since I haven't played for a long time. I am confused. Why is BERA so empty? I remember that outside of FM was swarming by a ton of pixels! Now, it's like 2-5 people. And only FM 1-6 are filled with stores...
I'm so confused. Can someone tell me or give me a timeline of what's up? Preferably what has happened to BERA and events?
I saw this beast tamer and omg. I played LOL and that thing reminds me of cutie annie BUT BUT BUT I couldn't play one.. for idk what's the reason. Does anyone here know when beast tamer will be obtainable again?
And can someone help me on prices for these items? When I quit, I sold most of my stuff! I didn't know that I still had some good stuff. Probably cause I got scammed 10b. then I just range quit. x.x

Occult cubes
and are scrolls even worth anything anymore? I noticed there's this new thing. Spell traces?

There's even a dedicated group of pro's who exist in FM channel 6 room 1. Their Prices seem more fair most of the time than the people who have taken over cc1 rm1 - 4.
And about what you've missed... A lot of course. I guess the quick rundown is that the natural evolution of item disbursement did happen.
There are n00bs (literal n00bs) walking around with gear that used to be unobtainable by all but the pro-est of pros, I wear a full set of gear from a boss I wouldn't
stand the slightest chance of beating.
There's honestly too much to cover here. You missed a quite a bit! Spell traces are a big thing, in windia I don't buy them unless they are really low... Like 2000-3000
mesos a trace. Spell traces allow anyone to make what used to be considered very good items. I spent about 150 (or less) straces the other day making a
31str / 1 wep atk zakum helmet.
on a level 60 mule who can now solo zak (easy zakum yes, but a zak none the less)
They have removed most entry requirements from bosses (last patch), so now you can just walk into horntail & solo it (and most people can solo it!)
To give you an idea of the power creep, they just released an all stat +15, +15 wep attack medal that anyone could get, along with a
+50main stat +10 wep atk +10% (boss /or/ crit damage /or/ PDR) ring that anyone could get.
You missed way too much to cover, and probably like 10 classes too (knowing maple)... So I suggest you start google searching.
Your android hearts are still worth a lot though (they must be perm). Unfortunately your horntail necklace isn't part of a set...
That lower's it's value significantly. "set effects" are now on pretty much all endgame equips, and stuff like zakum helms and horntail
necklaces lack that since they are from another era.
I'd say someone would 'prolly still pay a bil for your necklace, but that might be quite a stretch. Seeing as one of the standard endgame
sets requires a pendant, and that set give 30% boss damage (gollux set).
what about bera? i haven't been on ms since a year and a half too..

Right now, a hacker is like running the game. He is selling 1bil for only like $4 which use to be like 9... So a lot of the items "inflated" and a lot of the "pros" are quiting due to this since things are just getting out of hand.
FM is just dead for that reason as well, but once again, it is currently school so not many kids are playing. Game usually get more populated at around 5-8 EST (when kids a lot of the kids get back from school) For the FM it is super populated in in saturday and Sundays. During weekdays, it just goes
