Basil, I would like to start a raffle

As the title says, I would like to start a raffle for each and every server in GMS and if this would occur, I would do it every week-every other week depending on how busy I may be. The basic gist of this is that I will have 25 people from each server (for now at least) donate 1 million mesos to put their name in the raffle and they will be given a number. At the end of the week I will put that number in the raffle with the rest of the participates via random.org and will produce a list like [url=http://i39.tinypic.com/25rcikx.jpg]so.[/url]. Each person can only have their name entered once, so you may only put up 1 million mesos per character. I will be doing this in each server if the 25 slots are filled in time. This will be done using Basil only, I will not be asking for donations in game, you will contact me via PM and I will set a date for everyone to contribute. There will only be two winners in this. 1st place will get 75% of the winnings while second will get the remaining 25%. Winners will be PM'd via basil and have 1 day to reply or else 2nd place will become first and I will redraw for 2nd.

I realize some may assume a scam may be at play with this, but do realize that it is 25 mil and in each server? I only play in one so no need for me to scam really. If interested list below and any questions I will answer.
