Is Tornado spin worth it?
Assuming I have enough to get a mastery book,
Is it worth it?
Slash storm does more damage, as does bloody storm
Yet many people say to put up TS.
I just want to know why, and will it help me?

Yes it helps put mobs together if its a flat map and if their spear out.
