Actually, I just posted thats SS a day ago, lol. Anyways, only Booper scarlions and some mobs in ulu city can fly like that. I've tried it on galloperas, it dosent work =(
As for the 1st commenter, I dont think it is a vac, as those usually auto-ban and none the less, they only go left or right as far as I know.
