Can I have more than one per account aslong as I make another 120 cygnus? And which is faster : NW or TB?

Yes. You can have as many UA's per account/server as you do 120 Cygnus Knights.
As far as speed, which ever one you have fun with is the one that's going to be "fastest"... Or the one you can fund better, I suppose.
