How can i reach Neo city <Year 2227 >?
i've done every quest and i have the time traveler's circlet, but i cant find this map, can anyone please answer me where i have to go or what do i have to do?

When you're ready to go, the map is in leafre . There should be a purple swirling thing in the top right?(on world map)
If I think of the right, you gotta be 120+ to go there.
