Se neb or % Luk Neb?
I'm deciding on whether to get the SE neb for 1b or should i focus on % luk. I have 700m (saving up to 1b for SE) and im 2nd guessing myself.. Should i get % luk nebs or the SE neb? Im getting the SE nebulite for both my paladin and dual blade, but then % luk would also be very helpful...
i have 111% luk and 615 att so am i okay for now on % luk or do i keep adding more?

my plan was to switch, i already bought the se neb and put it on a wg. I have a pair of emp gloves that im currently perfecting and cubing
Don't know what your question is really asking... but SE > 4% luk/allstat on gloves ALWAYS when you're not funded enough to have two seperate gloves. (ie; speed infusion and SE and then switching) And with 700m you're not getting anywhere close to a 4% luk/allstat neb. 3% nebs aren't worth it.
Why is it so cheap in Scania all of a sudden? I'm still seeing them in Windia for ~1.8

You can get SE for like 850 in Scania.
The SE neb and just neb WG's or something so you can xfer it
Get SE while it's cheap, you can always get %Luk later on..
You'll see a greater damage change with SE than you would with a single %luk neb.
