What happened?
I logged in to get my items from the Black Friday thing and all I got was the Persian cat and 3k maplepoints, but I spent roughly 74k nx.
I want my tyrant box nexon
Anyone else have this happen to them?

The ticket is good. Don't worry about the screen shot. They can definitely see your purchase history on their end.

the event was nov1-nov30 at first but then extended to dec 5th i believe
@NeoBowmaster I sent a ticket already, but I didn't screen shot. They can review my purchases can't they? If they can't how do I paste the picture into the text box? or do I put in a imgr link? lol

I highly suggest you log a ticket with the "review purchases" screenshot of the purchases immediately. So you can get the box ASAP.
