The Dr. Bing of the dream quest
I've been looking around in Omega Sector but have not been able to locate the present day Dr. Bing for the 4th stage. Where can I find him? And what am I to do with these 100 crystanols?
Also buying a 3% LUK shoe in Broa.

I see... I am going to stop doing that quest then. For those suits are not very high stats or potential :x
