I don't know about that happening when logging in on a server, but when logging in through gamelauncher I got that once. I just had to go on the website, log in there and somehow I had to reactivate my account, then went to my email and reactivated my account. (I think it happens when you put an incorrect password in a lot of times or if you don't play for a long time, I don't really know much though.)
