LoL Missing Tier 2 types
I just recently came back to play LoL from a 2 month break, and i was trying to buy Mark of Critical Chance but it wasn't there. I also notice i only get 4 tier 2 runes for each type, is anyone also have this problem?

Specific tier 1 and 2 runes were removed as part of a [url=http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/gameplay/rune-combiner-t1/t2-runes]rune update[/url]
I believe there may have been a rune upgrade some while ago.
There is a scheduled rune revamp coming up around May or so, where the IP prices are going to be reduced, so you can wait for that as well.
