What I do is I use Change Light / Dark first, then I use Equalize so I can spam Ender. By the time Light and Dark Cools down, the Cool down for Equalize is done. But Equalize doesn't require a light or dark point to change. It uses the mp to change. So you can have Zero of Light or Zero of Darkness and still be able to change.
in the end, both are very useful. Equalize especially if you tend to use light more than dark or dark more than light.
