Im trying to find one, chaosed or clean really, what empress boss drops them and how much should i pay for it?

Only thief capes are actually dropped by the instructor. Other capes are not ad must be crafted which costs around 600 mil to 1 bil to craft. On the fm, it costs around 400-900 mil.
It's my understanding that Empress doesn't actually drop the capes; she drops the recipes for them. A clean Lionheart cape is worth from 1.1-1.5b in Bellonova. I ended up having to make my own and it costed me about 1.1b anyway from buying all the Dream Fragments and the recipe.
