[h=H1]PlayStyle[/h]
Uses a new weapon named a Cydon, which is a small hand-sized cylinder. A Cydon has the ability to transform itself into a single Gauntlet or Bo Staff. Transforming a Cydon into either of these, which are named Bo Staff mode and Gauntlet mode, will eventually grant you certain buffs, which can only be used whilst using that mode. Each mode has different attacks that cannot be used with the other mode, with both having its own advantages and disadvantages.

Bo Staff mode is a close-range combat style mode, which eventually allows you to have increased defence and HP while being used. This mode has attacks that can hit only 1 monster at a time.

Gauntlet mode is a long-range style mode, which will allow you to increase your speed, jump and avoidability in later jobs. This mode mainly consists of skills that can attack multiple monsters at a time.

The idea is that while you use the character, you will (hopefully) have to carefully and skilfully change to and from each mode depending on your enemy and circumstance. For example, if you're up close with a high-hitting monster with high HP, you'll likely want to use Bo Staff mode for the increased HP and 1vs1 damage. If you're surrounded by many enemies, you'd want to use Gauntlet mode for the multiple monster attacks, stunning ability and speed and jump increase. However, the buffs from Bo Staff mode, such as the HP increase, are lost once changing to Gauntlet mode, which would have HP similar to a Bowman. The same is true for the Gauntlet buffs when changing to Bo Staff mode. While in Bo Staff mode the HP increase would make the overall HP comparable to a Warrior.

Both of the modes have their own key for activating that particular mode. Once in that mode, a player can press the key again to return to normal (holding the Cydon in the hand, where only the regular attack is possible, and no buffs are active), or press the key for the other mode to go straight to that. Changing to and from modes should not have any delay and should be as instant as possible, rather than the slight delay such as with getting into the Battleship for Corsair, or using Tank mode for a Mechanic, promoting more frequent changing.

I'm aware that the class has ended up being quite a bit more complicated than the current ones (well that was the idea anyway..!). The reason for this is because I've tried to create a class that should require more skill to train and boss, rather than only needing one skill being mashed. Hopefully it's not too confusing or overpowered and sounds like it could be enjoyable!

[h=H3]Notes[/h]
I've tried to list the % damage for each skill as best I could based on the current Adventurer classes. If it's ended up making the class sounds ridiculously overpowered or anything else, please just ignore it, I really had no idea what I was doing. How much damage each skill would end up doing wasn't my focus while doing this, just use your imagination to determine how strong each skill would be in order to make the class balanced if what I've provided is poor I did have plans to draw the main skills and weapon(s) and submit as a screenshot, but I'm not sure I'll be doing that anymore.

Hopefully, if nothing else, you enjoyed reading this. Thanks for reading!

EDIT: I see, headers don't work for threads then? Fair enough
