Can't start Horntail Pre's
Hello, so recently I came back and had finished the Horntail before the boss queue was out.
It says I have to complete the quest when I go to use the queue but the npc says nothing to me.
I'm able to walk into Horntail and actually boss though just can't use queue, any suggestions?

Edit: Had to drop my certificate of the dragon squad and she gave me another.
In case anyone else has the same issue in the future.
