Well mine is 136 Atk No EE hammered 3 line epic and it is bout 1.75b so I think you could easily get 2b for it

Oh I wonder how much my 174 atk PSB is worth O.O since Windia does have cheap WS and 50% 2h.
OT: I say 2~3b, I personally would just finish it and sell it.

Windia has lower prices than the other worlds. There was a 134 ATT PSB w/ an A/W of 2b a while back and it took the guy ages to sell

As I said, I'm not too familiar with Windia prices, but you guys have near the same prices on everything else, so..

Erm, from my -limited- merching experience there, the prices in Bera are about the same..
That being said, we have perfect ones going from 6-7b, so two slots less and an enhance less for 2.5-3.5? I think it's reasonable.
