I've only ever chaosed three things. Evan glasses (old kind, I quit already so I don't know the details on the one obtainable via Chaos), which became 13 attack, Blackfist Cloak, which became 7 attack, and a second blackfist cloak, which unfortuntately lost its attack bonuses.
EDIT: oh and after Nexon fixed the duping, and the scrolls were still cheap, I bought a few and Chaos'd a few Zhelms hoping for some nice stats so I can sell it after 1 scroll with 9 slots still remaining. I do remember losing overall profit with that, but I think there was one that succeeded in getting something nice. Don't remember exact stats though.

I always get badness I killed 1 maple pyrope skanda 2 maple claws and a bunch of other stuff
1/1/0/1 Squishy Shoes turns out to be 6 dex.
(Chaos scrolls were cheap during the exploit, and some people dropped them for fun, so yeah.)

Bad. My first one failed, and I never touched another one again.
