[Reboot] Questions about familiar

1 -> Are they permanent?
2 -> Can I summon multiple at once? If yes, then does their ability stack?
3 -> Is there any faster way to regenerate vitality? CC/CS doesn't seem to be working.
4 -> Is there any faster way to summon them beside opening the codex from equip tab and manually double clicking on them?
