Phantom forest Dead Mans Gorge
I know that in order to gain access to the raven ninja shop's, you have to gain their trust from Taggrin. But the problem is, Taggrin doesn't have any quests. Am I doing something wrong?

complete the quests from the Barricade dude in the bigger ben
Do the mayor's quiz first, then the other quest should appear.
