How do I make Stormcaster Gloves?
After hearing that you can make them, I completed all the Masteria quests but now, I'm completely lost on how to make them because they don't show as an option anywhere. Do I have to complete any other quests?

First talk to John Barricade and present him the following items to make the manual.
-Antellion Relic
-Subani Ankh
-Taru Totem
and you will get this in return. "Stormcaster Gloves Forging Manual"
After you have gotten the blueprint go to NLC and talk to Spindle with the following items to forge it:
-Stormcaster Gloves Forging Manual
-15 Leathers
-2 Power Crystals
