How to make my way up in gears?
I just came back after a 2 year hiatus and I have no clue what some of these new items are... Is it easier to get items? I see all these "____ has successfully crafted [Meister's Cube]".I plan to play a DrK, if that's any information that might be helpful
Back on topic, there's a few questions I want to ask and I'd appreciate the help
- What can I do to make meso?
- How can I get new gears? Any minimum gear requirements to solo any bosses?
- Things to buy with NX?
Just a few. I won't go into detail unless there is more

In all honesty: 1) Sell NX. 2) Merching (buy low sell high). 3) Kill monster for countless hours and pick up all the mesos.

Buy them in FM. The Empress set is rather cheap now, buy you require 1mil range to kill it. The Chaos Root Abyss set is also dropping in price now and you require 2mil range to kill them.
- Things to buy with NX?
Cube, Cube and more Cube.
Oh you want to play a Dark Knight? That's good for you, cause they're the strongest class in Maple right now.
If you can get at least 50% or higher buff duration, all the better. you can use gungnir permanently, their strongest 1v1 skill.
Gungnir have a cooldown, but you can ignore that cooldown for a certain amount of time if you die once.
Or you eat your Beholden to gain a certain buffs that ignore the cooldown of gungnir, with enough buff duration, it can last long enough before the cooldown for summoning beholden expire so you can summon it again and eat the beholden before the buff expires.
Buy the bear hat!

OR in all seriousness, find some friends who would take you on boss runs, etc. (like gollux? and sell service) or... buy the maple leaves (or farm at evo) and perfect items (few bil profit depending on luck) or farm the unique pot scrolls and sell random uniqued items OR recube these for decent stats and sell... Personally I don't think selling NX for mesos is much of a profit as opposed to what you can do with it
Sadly the only other way to get new gears at an affordableish rate is to buy them clean in the FM at a decent price and then scroll it yourself which should be relatively easy if you are able to find a legit slate seller Try for the Root Abyss set for end game armour/weapon I guess.
