Cannot login into any of my characters

Yes, exact same case. Some people say its a glitch with the character coupon. Some say its the pet equipment. I dont know anymore lol. Good luck, I will post if there is a solution I come across.

I sort of have what you have. I cannot log into a specific character, but all of the others are fine. I have a feeling it was because of yesterday's hot time. I did not have enough space for the pet equipment and then I mysteriously got them yesterday along with 4 new equip slots. Maybe that glitched it. Same thing also happening to me, I tried logging in from gamelauncher and the website but both dont work : >.<
