Translation :
We decided to do sc right now because some issue appeared (once again) and felt like putting the update while we fix the issue.
Expect 10 hours of unexpected sc today because of all bugs that will happen after update because we messed up while we were fixing technical issues.

If they didn't offer 2x, they probably wouldn't care about the Australians in the first place. Another reason why Maplers annoy me more than the game or the company.
