bypass cool down Ia
can you bypass hyper cool downs? my bam got this ia, which supposedly is 1/2 which to aim for (attack speed +1 being the other) and i can rarely cast dark genesis 3 times, but i never saw my hyper buff bypass...

Hypers are immune to cooldown reducers
i once got in on my ab i could spam ribbon like 3 times at once and echo it was good while it lasted :'(
no, you can't effect cooldowns on hyper skills.
