I have a phantom link skill and 4% crit neb. so in total with the 5 coin buff, I would have constant 84% critical chance. should I keep it? or aim for...w.a +15?

100% legendary boots or nova boots? hey guys, finally got a nova cape from easy magnus. also finally got 6% luk on it. now im debating what to do next. i currently have 6 attack 3% luk empress boots. i also have a legendary 100% tier up boots. 12% wep def and dex 9%. should i save up shadow coins for boots or meister cube the tier up boots?
