wind archer featherweight skill it says -5% damage but i assume it's -5% damage taken from monsters? not like, -5% for me

a new bug? i was lpqing with 2 other people when the 3rd stage got all laggy, we get to the 4th one and suddenly out of nowhere a lvl 60 kaiser floated in the air like he was lagging that wasn't in our party and we all got out and he was there too but then disappeared? got out as in everyone clicking the npc but we didn't we were forced out
