Quick question on double mounts?

Hi Basil,

I would just like to know whether or not certain double mounts in circulation (The ones that also allow for Jag jump; eg. Double Shinsoo, Double Owl, Double Nightmare) are also able to fly, using the soaring mount skill? The descriptions of them are not very clear to me, and I would like a second opinion before purchasing one.
